The Corridor 7 trail follows the Adirondack Rail Trail through Gabriels, Rainbow Lake, and Onchiota. This is mostly a flat and level route, with a variety of different ecosystems. Midway through the route is Charlie's Inn and Lake Clear. The total mileage of this trail is 41.47 miles.
