Saranac Lake Artworks

ArtWorks is a not-for-profit collaboration of individual artists as well as galleries, theaters, and other arts-related organizations in the Adirondacks and North Country regions. With the goal of promoting our communities through the arts, ArtWorks celebrates the amazing art and wonderful creativity of our region by publicizing and promoting it. Our galleries feature the work of both local and visiting artists and usually have monthly exhibit openings on the first Friday. Many artists studios are located on Main St or nearby and welcome visitors for private viewings. ArtWorks annual events include the ArtWorks Studio Tours. the Adirondack Plein Air Festival; the 3rd Thursday ArtWalks. Pendragon Theatre provides live theatre performance and there are Open Mics, Poetry Slams, Literary events, concerts and much, much more.

Over 50 individual artists make up the membership of ArtWorks and they exhibit their work throughout the Adirondacks and the northeast. Members are welcome from any part of the Adirondack region.
