It's an exciting time to be here

Saranac Lake is home to more than 5,000 people, and since it attracts creative types and other innovative folks, the village is in a constant state of evolution and growth. People are invested in this community, and it shows. Their contributions help make Saranac Lake a better place for visitors and residents alike by improving existing infrastructure and attracting new people and events to the area. It’s why there’s free music throughout the week every summer, it’s why our parks are relaxing and inspiring, it’s why our menus are written by world-class chefs, and it’s why artists flock here to visit our galleries and set up their easels. We’re decidedly different and definitely determined, so don’t just visit — become part of our growing community!
