Prescott House

The Prescott House is an historically listed brick Colonial building originally built in 1905 on 2.3 acres at the top of Helen Hill in a very peaceful and scenic setting in Saranac Lake.

Twenty two rooms are available for nightly/weekly or monthly rentals.  All are equipped with queen sized beds and HD TVs.   Some rooms also come with a small fridge and microwave.

There are six bathrooms throughout the house very similar to European bed and breakfast homes as there are bathrooms/showers on each floor.

There are large open air porches for relaxing and a game room in the basement.

The Prescott House is conveniently located, just a short walk from downtown Saranac Lake, Mt. Baker and Moody Pond.
