By horse or by sleigh: Ride the Adirondacks

Discover Saranac Lake on horseback!

Enjoy the Adirondack experience in a whole new way, combining the view and trails with equine sport.  As with hiking, there are trails of all difficulties and lengths in the Saranac Lake region that are good for a short, hour-long ride, a day-long excursion or anything in between!  Tailor your experience to suit your mood: bring a picnic, go with a group, stop to take photos, or enjoy quiet solitude.

When the snowflakes are falling and the temps have dipped, it's time to climb on board for a cozy sleigh ride. Can you imagine riding through our picturesque scenery with a warm blanket, steaming hot cocoa, and the clip-clop of hooves? It's one of the coolest winter experiences we offer, and should definitely make your winter wishlist!
