Panther Pond

From the parking area locate the path to the water. There are two to choose from, neither one is better than the other. The carry is 200 feet or so in length and all downhill.

There is no beach so the launch is a bit wet with a soft bottom, water shoes are recommended. Once out on the water you will notice it is well sheltered and calm. Its size is very small but a nice place to relax and even introduce a child to paddling. There is a nice view of Panther Mountain from the pond.
