Lake Clear Lodge and Retreat

Adirondack nature-based wellness destination. We are a founding member of the Adirondack Wellness Network specializing in holistic nature based and real foods experiences. Chef Cathy Hohmeyer is the Adirondack Chapter Leader of Weston A. Price Foundation, an Emotion and Body Code specialist and Superfoods  Nutritionist. Please see our calendar for on-going programs in real foods cooking as well as holistic retreats such as "Feel Good to the Bone," and "Nourishing the Multidimensional Body".

The Lake Clear Lodge is an Audubon 5 Green Leaf Hotel, only one of 7 in North America and a National Geographic Traveler award winner for "Keeping a Sense of Place." We are one the last original Adirondack lodges open to the public located in New York State's only wilderness canoe region. Lodgings and wellness activities are intimate, fun and educational with the major of activity your time in our nature, so you can re-connect with yours. Spacious and quiet in the Adirondack Great Camp tradition, lodgings are diverse with Supp & Snooze rooms to lake-view suites to private chalets with fireplaces in the midst of our nature trails. Immerse yourself in one of the most spectacular and restorative mountain-lake sunsets you will find anywhere in the world...on a reflective lake where  Einstein relaxed.
