LOCAL NOTICE: The St. Armand Youth Task Force is hosting the Bloomingdale Block Party! This year, we will also have a Beer Tent, Corn Hole Tournament and pull tabs! We are also seeking vendors to host a booth to sell their wares!
The event will be located on the Youth Field, 15 Roosevelt Lane, Bloomingdale NY. The date is Saturday, August 20th, 2022, from 11 am to 8 pm. Games end at 5 pm, music & food end at 8 pm. Local Bands will be providing live music. We are hosting this event to provide a fun get-together for our communities and raise money for local not-for-profit organizations. We are inviting you to participate in the Bloomingdale Block Party by hosting a carnival game booth or food item or sell items. Space is limited so please submit your application and payment for a booth space as soon as possible. There are a limited number of booth spaces (8) that have electricity available. If you require electricity for your booth, the cost of the 20'x 20' space will be $40.00. Electricity spots will be awarded to first come, first served.
In order to provide as many game/food options as possible, you will be required to "claim” your booth game or food. IE: We don't want to have 9 booths doing a balloon/dart game. Each booth will be awarded a 15' x 15' space, the cost for each booth space is $25.00. Each organization will be required to provide all equipment and material for your booth - we are only setting aside the space for you. You will be responsible for tables, seating, games, prizes, etc. You must also provide a trash container and a recycling container. Trash and recycling must be removed at the end of the event.
We are charging for booth space to help us recoup the costs of hosting the event. We are paying all of the expenses, for example: event insurance, port-a-potties, advertising, banners, flags, etc.
If you would like to participate, please call 518-637-9185 or email firstname.lastname@example.org
We hope that your organization will join us to make this a huge success!
