Santa's Fire Truck Parade

Fri, 12/07/2018 6:00 pm

This is great fun and a great way to start the holiday season.

The parade has its roots with an annual event in Saranac Lake where Santa was delivered with a fire truck escort to the town hall to meet with area children. Today Santa is still delivered but his procession has grown into a full fledged competition drawing all the local fire departments and has included departments from as far away as Plattsburgh.

The parade will kick off at 6:00pm on Friday December 7th. The parade can be viewed all along Broadway to Main Street. Starting at the corner of Van Buren Street & Broadway and ends at the Harrietstown Town Hall, 39 Main Street.
