The Description

Second Pond is easy to get to and easy to get out on. Care will need to be taken since there is a mild current even during the winter, but Second Pond will likely be less crowded than Lake Colby. The warm water species that abound thrive in the shallows during the summer, meaning there should be plenty of fish to catch all winter long.

Special Regulations

Always follow New York state fishing regulations and be sure to pick up a NYS Freshwater Fishing Guide at your local outfitters or regional NYSDEC office.
