Ampersand Bay Resort

On the shores of Lower Saranac Lake, Ampersand Bay is a four-season resort that offers a unique opportunity to enjoy the quiet luxury of a vacation rental with the hospitality and service of a resort. Each of our units features a full kitchen, outdoor grill, porch, and two to three spacious bedrooms. Stay together with family and friends with enough room for everyone.  

At Ampersand Bay we are constantly upgrading our offerings and amenities to bring our guests new and exciting experiences each year they return. The marina is growing with an expanding boat fleet and shop. Pontoon, fishing boats, canoes, kayaks, and SUP paddleboards are available for rent to both guests and visitors and allow you to explore the Saranac Lake chain however you prefer.
