How to get there

From downtown Saranac Lake, head west on Route 86 toward Paul Smiths. At the flashing light by Donnelly's Ice Cream, turn left onto Route 186. After about 4 miles, turn right onto Route 30 and the beach will be on the right after 1.5 miles. The sign may be missing from the entrance, but there is a gravel road leading to a very large parking lot.
