While you're downtown, visit the Adirondack Center for Loon Conservation to learn all about one of the most fascinating mammals in the Adirondacks. Take a quick ride out of town to Paul Smiths, home of the Paul Smith's College Visitor Interpretive Center, an amazing location with trails through different habitats with interpretive signage.
