Roll into fun at the Saranac Lake Civic Center with public roller skating sessions for all ages. Whether you're looking for a family-friendly activity, a rainy day outing, or a nostalgic night on wheels, the Civic Center offers plenty of space to skate, practice, and enjoy time with friends and family in the heart of Saranac Lake.
Bring your own skates or check availability for rentals before you go. Public skating sessions are a great way to stay active and experience one of Saranac Lake’s favorite community gathering spaces.
June 1: Summer Kickoff
Decades Skate Party: from the 60s to Y2K — start summer rolling through every era.
June 8: 70s Roller Disco
Disco beats and dancing feet on wheels.
June 15: Mamma Mia
You can skate, you can jive, having the time of your life with ABBA hits and disco lights.
June 22: The Wedding Singer
Come dressed as the bride, the groom, or your favorite wedding guest ( music, costumes, and roller skating inspired by the hit movie).
June 29: Red, White & Blue
Stars, stripes, and skating under the lights.
July 16: 80s Aqua Net and MTV
Big hair, bigger hits, and nonstop skating to 80s hits.
July 13: Taylor Swift
Swifties skating in honor of her nuptials and her favorite number.
Cost: $5 (includes skating with optional skate rental)
*No inline skates allowed (sorry).
