Saranac Lake Winter Carnival

We're looking forward to seeing you! The 2026 Winter Carnival will be held February 6, 2026- February 15, 2026. Join us on Feb 10th for Ice Palace Accessibility Day.

The Saranac Lake Winter Carnival is a beloved annual tradition celebrating winter with 10 days of fun, featuring parades, live entertainment, outdoor activities, and the iconic Ice Palace. Rooted in history and community spirit, the carnival brings together locals and visitors for a season of magic, camaraderie, and classic winter festivities.

Theme: Cartoonival

Parade: Saturday, February 14 at 1pm.

Ice Palace: The Ice Palace is built for the duration of Winter Carnival, weather permitting. It will be illuminated nightly from the lighting ceremony and fireworks on Saturday, February 7, until closing on February 14. Closing Ceremony fireworks will be on Sunday, February 15 at 7:30pm.
