Camping
Buck Pond, at 130 acres, is a great location for camping. The campground has a lifeguarded swimming beach, a bathhouse, and access to a miles-long walking path along an abandoned railroad bed. There's also a stretch of the Bloomingdale Bog trail, which has a trailhead across the way for great mountain biking, birding, and hiking.
Lake Kushaqua and the Kushaqua Narrows are also nearby, great for paddling and fishing.
There are a few island camping sites with boat access only.
Open May 17 - September 1
