DRINKS 

At Origin Coffee Co. we specialize in roasting small, single-origin lots, meticulously crafting unique roast profiles to unlock each coffee's distinctive natural flavors. Available in whole bean or ground to your preference, we have the freshest specialty coffee around. Our Pour Over menu features 4-5 coffees we are currently roasting for you to try on-the-go, or sit and enjoy your coffee in a ceramic mug at our cozy shop in Saranac Lake.

Our beverage menu is complete with all the coffee shop favorites including espresso, cold brew, lattes, chai and matcha. Smoothies, tea, kombucha and of course hot chocolate are also available.

Check out our menu available all day featuring signature toasts, paninis, soups, and more! Just as a barista expertly crafts each coffee drink, our culinary team devotes the same passion and precision to our food menu that pairs seamlessly with our coffee and tea. Every morning in our cafes we fill our baked goods cases with freshly baked muffins, cinnamon rolls, savory croissants, and more. Our “From the Kitchen” menu features our signature Avocado Toast, Paninis, and the best Breakfast Burritos and Breakfast Sandwiches.
