Guided Sensory Forest Walk

Can you remember how you felt while exploring nature at four or five years old?

Join me on this forest exploration to rekindle your sense of childhood wonder at nature's beauty. Let's slow down and engage our senses - sight, smell, touch and hearing - to get up close to all the gifts of nature. We will come away relaxed, restored and effortlessly mindful, re-connected to ourselves and to the natural world. This playful walk on gentle terrain welcomes everyone, adults and children 5 and up.

Led by Suzanne Weirich, Certified Nature Therapy Guide and NYS Hiking Guide, with Adirondack Riverwalking.
