Join Wild Rose Ayurveda for a nourishing 3 hour hands on cooking class exploring the foundations of Ayurvedic principles through seasonal spring recipes.
This immersive experience is both educational and deeply practical; perfect as a stand alone workshop or as preparation for the upcoming Spring Cleanse.
You’ll learn how to support your body during the spring season through food, herbs, and spice combinations rooted in Ayurveda. Together, we’ll prepare a variety of seasonal dishes while walking step-by-step through the techniques and ingredients used throughout the cleanse program.
