With over four decades of sailing experience, Captain Barry Brogan is an American Sailing Association certified sailing instructor, and New York State and U.S. Coast Guard credentialed charter boat captain. Choose from a number of guided charters or Learn to Sail experiences to fit your schedule and your budget.
