100-Hour Yoga Immersion: Deepen Your Practice This Winter
This 4-month immersion is designed for students who want to meaningfully deepen their yoga practice—beyond what’s possible in drop-in classes. Throughout the program, you’ll build consistency, expand your understanding of the body and breath, and explore the deeper layers of yoga through alignment, anatomy, subtle body energetics, meditation, and philosophy.
Each module offers a focused study of a different aspect of the practice, helping you develop confidence, clarity, and a more embodied relationship with yoga. With personalized guidance, a supportive community, and a flexible schedule, this immersion is accessible for both newer and seasoned practitioners.
You’ll learn to move with greater awareness, breathe with intention, understand yoga’s roots, and integrate practices that support your overall wellbeing. This immersion also positions you to continue into a 200HR or 300HR Yoga Teacher Training at High Peaks Yoga Shala—only if you ever choose to.
